Sue Sherman has had a successful thirty-year career in public education. As a classroom teacher, she served as department chair and mentored new teachers in her school. She has been a consultant for schools that use the block schedule. Additionally, she has had extensive training in literacy. Sue and her husband have two sons, one of whom is a
librarian in Wake County. An accomplished basket weaver, Sue also enjoys machine quilting and reading
